About the Band

Cabin of Love is Julia and Nathan Bloom, an acoustic duo from Owatonna, Minnesota. Since 1998, these lovers have performed in coffee shops, living rooms, city parks, church gatherings, benefit concerts, backyards, campfires, a county fair, a soup kitchen, a 10k race, and any other soapbox they are offered. The Blooms recorded their first full-length CD, firstfruits, in 1998, and Julia Bloom released a solo project, A Human Called Woman, in 2005. Currently Cabin of Love is recording single original videosongs for Youtube, while also working on a new full-length project about faith and doubt.

Julia and Nathan live at home with their two small children, where they love to co-create – especially music, meals, and useful beautiful spaces.
